 Originally from West Virginia, I relocated to the D.C. area in 2002. Together, my husband and I run Ningen Manga Productions, Co-Producing together while Lonnie writes and directs and I lead the Marketing efforts. Check out the production diary on our first feature film, Womens Studies.
With acting as my first love, I’ve played a variety of roles on stage- next up with Venus Theater in Measure for Measure. I have also been seen in several films in the area- a venue I love.
As a writer, my first stage play, a short called Night Flight, was read in D.C. by Venus Theatre as part of their wRighting Women Reading Series at the Touchstone Art Gallery.
I am a voice over artist and have a background in Broadcasting and Journalism, doing my TV News internship with WBOY channel 12 in Clarksburg, WV. I also work as a Freelance Marketing Design Consultant under the name Boyce Creations for several companies including The Santa Fe Writer’s Project, a literary magazine and publishing company. In the evening, I play mom to four beautiful cats who share the Martin home with Lonnie and I: Maggie, Kali, Dorsey, and Snow.
